Richard's Captain Underpants costume

*bleaching my eyes* Uh man, I can't believe I actually drew this.  I tell you, this drawing's gonna give me nightmares.  Huh?  They're waiting for what?  Oh, right, the description.

Here is the fourth and final of my not-as-famous super hero theme for Halloween.  Considering Richard Watterson's personality, and lack of brain copacetic, there's only one super hero that best fits him, (besides the Cottontail Cavalier) and that is none other than the very embarrassment to the entire super hero genre, Captain Underpants!  Now let me make myself very clear.  I am not, repeat,  a Captain Underpants fan.  The only reason I drew Richard as him is for reasons I've already stated.
